Dunlap Senior: ‘Page for the Day’

SPRINGFIELD, IL – State Senator Chuck Weaver (R-Peoria) welcomed Gabe Sowards to the Illinois Senate on November 10 as an honorary page for the day. 
Gabe is a senior at Dunlap High School and plans on studying Biochemistry at Lake Forest. He is the son of Nancy and James Sowards. Gabe takes an active interest in politics, outdoor sports and the biological sciences. He would also like to be active in the ROTC program, when he goes to college.
